put the drosos with powder( reptical, korvin, ...) in a small box and shake it. after that put the small box in an bigger one and wait till the drosos climbed up the small box and feld in the bigger one, the parasites canī1 breve when they are full of powder and rest in the small box.
these drosos may have only few parasites and can be used the make a new culture.
itīs also useful to make the subrate more humity. sorry for my english
